1. Who will be the DJ at my event?
Either Eric or Jeff (or both) is guaranteed to be the DJ for your special event. JAM Entertainment takes pride in personal service and does not subcontract DJs from other companies.
2. Do you have a large selection of music?
JAM Entertainment has a music catalog containing thousands of songs. Also, the company subscribes to a special DJ service that provides them with the top songs in several genres on a monthly basis.
3. What if you don’t have our song?
In the unlikely event that Jeff and Eric do not have your song in their extensive library, they will do everything possible to try to get it. It is asked that any special “must play” songs be requested at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
4. Is there an additional charge for travel and set-up/tear-down?
Consultations, prep work, travel and equipment set-up and tear-down are all included in your contracted price. Once the price is agreed upon, you will not be charged for any extra services.
5. What if I need you to stay longer?
JAM Entertainment understands that sometimes you just don’t want the party to end. If your event runs longer than planned and your DJ is available to stay longer, he will be happy to do so at an overtime rate.
6. Do you have a lightshow?
A state of the art lightshow is available for all events. There is a small additional charge for custom lighting.
